Including the past weekend and Christmas, there are 6 weekends. I want to dress up for at least four of them. I have so many fun outfits, and pretty clothes, that I never think to pull out. My work clothes are designed for comfort, and I end up pulling on jeans on the weekends. It's time to refresh my wardrobe, and get my classy on!
This past weekend, Jordan and I went to see our friend, Adam, accompany a barbershop quartet performance. A lot of my outfits for the next 6 weeks are going to be thanks to Adam - as a professional pianist, he has several holiday performances. It was a fun time, made even more fun by the fact it was free!

(crazy, I know) But wait, I'm not done complimenting you yet. I am also really enjoying your adorable up 'do. Very chic.

such fun! i've been longing for an excuse to REALLY dress up (as in, gala-level fancy), which i imagine i'll get at new year's and touro's winter ball, but those in-between of fancy-normal-occasions are great too. =) i really like your sweater -- lovely color!

What a neat goal! Free and fancy is always good in my book. Tonight Sean and I are going to a free photography exhibit where they'll be serving free drinks (woo)! I'm going straight after work so I can't dress up that much, but I'll at least have nice pants and I'll try to wear a fancier top than usual. Now hopefully we can actually get into the event without getting stuck in a line...
