  2. Seattle! Seems obvious to me =) Truly, a Pacific Northwest tour would be most productive. There are some really great independent roasters all over this place.

  5. I agree, Seattle. After all, it is kind of where it all began. Or maybe Italy, where it truly all began! The hubby and I drank copious amounts of coffee and ate tons of pastries when we were in Italy.
