one of my favorite things about city living (now, there's something i never thought i'd say!) is that you can get so many places on foot or by bike. =)
we eat meat-less probably 60-70% of the time (out of cheapness and laziness), and never once do i feel like i'm sacrificing yummy. cheese and eggs do amazing things to gave that protein yummy fullness taste. =)
Jessi - going vegan is brave! I would never go vegan. I can give or take with meat, but milk, cheese, eggs, butter, ice cream? I would diiiiie.
katie - Jordan and I already eat 50-60% vegetarian... I think. It's more of a resolve to keep track of our vegetarian/carnivore meals. And we do it out of cost-effectiveness, and I never feel like I'm sacrificing!
And I personally love using my feet for transportation. Thankfully we live right by a walking path and a center that has frozen yogurt, a Starbucks, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. Needless to say, we walk a lot.
Love these! We are transitioning into vegetarian this month to try it for a month. If we like it, we're gonna go vegan and see how it works :)
ReplyDeleteHappy 2012!
1. Totally with you on Catcher in the Rye. Can't wait to read a review.
ReplyDelete2. "Use my feet for transportation." LOVE it.
This is a great list! All doable, and wonderful boosters!

Happy New Year, Charlotte and I love that your blog is still here and "alive" - I kept reading all the past months.

#4 & 5. both should be on my list.
happy new year!
I am so down with these resolutions.
ReplyDeleteThe boyfriend and I eat vegetarian a lot, not because we're anti eating meat. But because we like it and it's cheaper. It makes me feel healthier too.
Good luck with these!
