He's just a little guy!

As I mentioned last year, I started a new tradition of writing a little note, placing it inside one of out ornament stockings, and saving it to read next year.  I thought it might be fun to compare notes, between 2011 and 2012.

2011:
- Next year, buy more lights.  (Nope, just got a smaller tree!)
- Our tree this year is Scottie, the Scotch pine!
- We enjoyed Hot Toddies and swing music while decorating.

2012:
Listened to:  instrumental Christmas music
Drank:  Chocolate Macadamia coffee (yum!)
Ate:  Roasted chestnuts (ew!)
We have a small tree this year - only 6 feet tall.
Jordan voted for a lights-only tree, to no prevail.
Char made a pomander for the tree.
